Where is Villa 61 in relation to the industrial sites?
Villa 61 is in Les Roches-de-Condrieu, on the left bank of the Rhône, between Vienne to the north and Roussillon to the south. By road, the Saint-Alban nuclear power plant, in Saint-Alban-du-Rhône and Saint-Maurice-l’Exil, is about 10 km away.
The Les Roches-Roussillon chemical platform spans Saint-Clair-du-Rhône, Roussillon, Le Péage-de-Roussillon and Salaise-sur-Sanne; its Roussillon area is about 12 km away. Vienne is also about 12 km away, and the fastest direct TER trains reach Lyon Jean Macé in 24 minutes.
Can I work in the room?
Each of the nine Comfort Double Rooms, approximately 23 m², has a desk, a wardrobe, reversible air conditioning and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
Five rooms face the street and four overlook the garden. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
How does a stay of several nights work?
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, tableware and coffee machine. The self-service laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Private parking is free and has an EV charging point. Access is by smart lock; check-in is from 4 pm to 8 pm and check-out from 7 am to 10 am.
